Cuttlefish Soup (魷魚羹/鱿鱼羹)

Breakfast in Zhanghua [彰化].

 

I wanted to see if that succinic soup I had the night before from the Cat Mouse Noodle was replicated here.

 

It did although less intense.

 

I also wanted to have something wet to go with the rice, even though the morning was gathering warmth and humidity with every minute.
