Pork Chop Noodles (豬排麵/猪排面)

Lunch at a noodle shop near Taichung Train Station in Taichung (台中).

 

This was my order. Wanted something fried, despite the stifling humidity and summer heat.

 

The dish was alright - tasty, and though the pork chop was a tad try, the servings was generous and thus kinda compensate for the dryness of the meat.
