Angelica Leaves (當歸葉/当归叶)

Having tested the Fried Egg with Angelica Leaves, the next step is of course, to see the real McCoy.

 

I have seen the dried roots for so many times when my mum used them to brew tonics (which I dislike) but I have never seen the plant. It wasn't what I expected truthfully, the purplish stems and pointy leaves! (Grin)
