Stir-Fried Cabbage (炒高丽菜)

A closer look at individual dishes offered for dinner by the Hotel-Resort that I am staying with in Cingjing [清境].

 

Cabbage+a little soysauce and/or salt+cooking oil and a wok. Simple formula; a lovely crunchy addition to any meal.

Done
