Braised Beef Ribs Noodles (紅燒牛小排麵/红烧牛小排面)

Dinner @ '桃源街正宗山東牛肉麵'.

 

Ahh....touted as the "Premier" offer, favoured by the Japanese and Korean tourists.

Well, I guess the appeal lies in that it is essentially Galbi (Korean style BBQ Ribs) in a bowl with noodles.

 

Still very tasty although unless one is really really fond of ribs, the 'plainer' Braised Beef version would do the 'wow' factor just fine.
