Soya Bean Curd is a popular dessert throughout the Chinese world...and in the central and northern parts of China, they have the savoury versions too.
But in southern China, it is usually served as a sweet dessert. In Taiwan, they have gone on to pair it with an assortment of ingredients, ranging from yam glutinous balls, sweet potato glutinous balls, red beans, green beans, mung bean jellies etc, just to push ancient boundaries to new culinary heights!
