Minced Pork Stew Noodles (滷肉麵/卤肉面)

This was the carbo that came with the braised combo set that my mate had ordered - Noodles served with a rather generous amount of minced pork stew and lots of freshly blanched mung bean sprouts.

 

I always opine that anything goes with minced pork stew. No complaints at all.
