Noodles With Chicken Sauce (鸡汁拌面)

The restaurant serves 3 main types of carbohydrates to accompany the boiled chicken - chicken noodle soup, noodles with chicken sauce and chicken rice porridge. I always prefer the noodles with chicken sauce as I generally prefer drier types of noodles. Here, plain noodles are boiled for a few minutes and then dunked into a bowl with a sauce made likely from soysauce and chicken oil. One only needs to mix the contents up to have a bowl of flavoured noodles.
