Camarao Com Alho (Garlic Prawns)

Late lunch @ Talao De Controlo, a tavern-restaurant near Castelo Sao Jorge.

 

My starting appertiser. Garlic and prawns. What can go wrong really?

 

The prawns were supple and fresh and soaked up the alliaceous punch of the chopped garlic perfectly. A good way to whet the appetite for more!
