Moroccan cooking class at The Essential Ingredient Cooking School (www.theessentialingredient.com.au/). I was the last minute replacement for a colleague who could not make it.

 

Moroccan has been the latest fad to hit the taste palettes of the Aussies.

 

It's missing the egg but this moroccan inspired salad was tasty enough and quite easy to make!
