Chickpea Tagine

Moroccan cooking class at The Essential Ingredient Cooking School (www.theessentialingredient.com.au/). I was the last minute replacement for a colleague who could not make it.

 

Moroccan has been the latest fad to hit the taste palettes of the Aussies.

 

I am not a fan of chickpeas and lentils and as delicious the dish was, I was quite happy to have just one scoop and move it on and let other happier diners who love it slurp it all up.
