Moroccan cooking class at The Essential Ingredient Cooking School (www.theessentialingredient.com.au/). I was the last minute replacement for a colleague who could not make it.

 

Moroccan has been the latest fad to hit the taste palettes of the Aussies.

 

Moroccan spiced roasted lamb....yum....and I couldn't have enough of this wonderfully spiced tender dish!
