Hedgehog Slice
A most decadent dessert, courtesy of my colleague.
Slices are popular throughout Australia and New Zealand. Had to be a British legacy. In Australia, the Hedgehog had to be something they can claim truly theirs.
Rich dark chocolate poured over biscuits and then hardened to serve as a slice.
A little like an oversized chocolate bar with all the works.
Sinfully satisfying!
