Mushroom Bruschetta
Dinner in Canberra.
I ordered the Mushroom Bruschetta as a starter, as I have just flown into Canberra and was real hungry.
It was really good. Beautifully sauteed button mushrooms served on buttered toast. The right amount of brownness. The right amount of earthy-creaminess. Everything sang. Couldn't ask for a better starter!
