Baked Broccoli With Cheese

Dinner @ Ming Hong Restaurant.

 

The addition to the table to add some vegetables in my order. Broccoli generally goes well with dairy flavours and one of the best way I like to prepare it is to blanch broccoli florets soft in boiling water, drain them and then add dollops of butter and a sprinkle of black pepper to taste.

 

Having them baked with cheese worked as well.
