Stewed Duck With Bay Leaves

Dinner in Kun Ji [坤记] on my second visit. The place was still as packed during my first visit.

 

The Stewed Duck with Bay Leaves on the other hand, was perfect. The duck was moist and melts in the mouth and the addition of bay leaves (a Portuguese influence no doubt) gave the dish a lovely warmth and spiciness.
