Stir-Fried Chicken & Water Convolulus

Cooking Class @ Tum Tum Cheng Cooking School in Luang Prabang.

 

This is a home-cooked dish for a simple lunch. Very minimalist; nothing complex. Simple chicken pieces and "Morning Glory" (aka Water Convolulus and Kang Kong) stir-fried in a wok with oil and fish sauce. Something you may find in a Laotian home.
