Luang Prabang Sausages

"Sai Gok Luang Prabang" or Luang Prabang sausages.

 

Standard street food.

 

Made from pork and usually taken with ‘Khao Neo' (sticky rice or glutinous rice)

Sweet, meaty and nicely grilled.

 

I had the pleasure of trying it out in the house of my mahout (elephant trainer). Wonderful stuff.
