Sesekljan Zrezek Z Drobnjakovimi Struklji

The side-dish, Struklji, is made of 'stretched' or yeast dough, which is rolled out thinly, spread with a variety of fillings, then made into a roll, which is wrapped in cloth and cooked. The form here comes with a filling of chopped Chives (hence the green colour) and topped again with fried breadcrumbs in butter.
The main dish is grilled beef patty served with a cream sauce.
