Street Food

Street food just outside Shwedagon Paya in Yangon. Disclaimer: I did not try this dish.

 

A Japanese "Takoyaki" look-alike. The way to prepare it was alike as well. Batter was scooped into each round compartment in the pan, and while the batter was cooked on the outside but still rather watery of the inside, some of the batter were scooped out and added onto the remainders to create a final ball-shape offering.
