Street Food

Street food just outside Shwedagon Paya in Yangon. Disclaimer: I did not try this dish.

This looks suspiciously similar to "Kway Chap" back home in Singapore, which is a soupy braised dish made using the innards of pig.

I can see meat and innards were skewered and then cooked/lightly braised in a pot of hot broth. I can also definitely identify some sort of sausages, tripe, intestines, meat balls etc. Folks will just pick the items of desire, cook them in the boiling broth and pay up when they are done.
