盐烤猪肉套餐 (Salt-Baked Pork Teishoku)

Dinner @ "禾盛小料理".

 

Technically, Japanese but with a touch of Taiwanese perhaps?

The salt baked pork slices were very tender but they were nowhere as flavourful as my mate's "Pan-fried Pork with Ginger" as the sauce that came with it really brightened up the tastebuds.

 

A very simple but delightful dinner for my first meal in Taiwan after 7 years.
