Popiah Bergedil Daging

Snacks from "Gadong Night Market".

 

Greasy deep-fried popiah (spring rolls) with a minced beef and spiced mashed potato filling served with Kecap Manis.

I haven't quite encountered this filling in a spring roll before and hence I ordered a packet.

One can't go wrong with minced beef and potato mash and indeed the combination worked well to deliver a rather moreish product.
