"Wonderful Tasty" was a restaurant in town in Bagan offering Tibetan food.
Me and mate shared a plate of Tibetan Mo Mo, which are essentially steamed meat dumplings (Chinese influenced), given an Indian twist with the usage of garam masala (curry) spices.
Despite the skin being a tad thick, the dish turned out rather flavourful and the meat tasted fresh and juicy.
