Pan-Fried Fishes

Lunch at the "Golden Myanmar" Teahouse at Bagan.

 

The buffet offered an assortment of dishes, mainly from the predominant Burmese style (of which the country was named after during colonial times), and is probably the best way to sample a little bit of everything!

 

The larger river fishes were pan fried and served. Not a fan as river fishes tend to have a muddy taste and generally had plenty of bones to navigate around.
