Vegetable Mash

Lunch at the "Golden Myanmar" Teahouse at Bagan.

 

The buffet offered an assortment of dishes, mainly from the predominant Burmese style (of which the country was named after during colonial times), and is probably the best way to sample a little bit of everything!

 

In all true honesty, I have forgotten what vegetable this was but it certainly contained garlic, chopped cilantro and green chillies.
