Monnyinjin (Pickled Mustard Greens)
A Shan-styled side dish, served usually with some main dishes. It's spicy, sour and salty - and is meant to be taken as an appetiser or to enhance the taste of the main dish. In my case, it arrived with my bowl of Shan noodle.
