Myanmar Black Coffee

Having the coffee black is the ONLY way to appreciate Myanmarese coffee. It is obvious the beans used locally is of the more inferior Robusta vein. The coffee is weak, does not had a rich taste and has an earthy but acidic finish.

 

But compared to the rather heavy handed way milk coffee is served, I was glad to have black coffee every day when I was in Myanmar!
