Smokey Hickory BBQ Pork Ribs (300gms)

Dinner @ "Novotel Poolside Restaurant" in Novotel Darwin Airport.

 

I did enjoy the ribs! They were gooey, sticky, tangy, amply smoky and the ribs were easy to pry off the bones. Nothing out of the extraordinary but it served its purpose for dinner.

 

Thank goodness for the greens as well.
