Steamed Prawn

This is part of a 9 course dinner offered by the Le Carambole Restaurant in Hue, offering a collage of French-Vietnamese fusion cuisine.

 

Course No. 4 - Prawns freshly steamed and then served with a mixture of lemon juice, black pepper and fish sauce.

 

Love this dish. The prawn was sweet and succulent. It was so good that I think the condiment is unnecessary.
