Nem Lui Bo

Another item tasted at Lac Thien Eatery.

 

Reminds me plenty of the "Popiah"s back home in Singapore.

 

Nem Lui Bo is essentially stir-fried beef ("Bo" denoting beef) served with rice paper, figs, vegetables and peanut sauce. You place all the ingredients on the rice paper and then roll it up for chomping.

Done
