Dinner @ "The Fat Duck": Anthology Menu Volume 5.

 

Breakfast seasoning on corn flakes and granola.

 

So…the flavours of bread, jam, coffee, tomato, sausage, bacon and scrambled egg all manifested when the milk was added to “magically” deliver a full English Breakfast. This must have wow-ed some folks then.

 

2 of us at the table turned to look at each other in absolute bemusement. We do this for a professional livelihood you know...? (Haha!)
