Avo Egg Toast

Breakfast @ Mary Mount Hotel.

 

Another special off the Hotel's breakfast menu.

Nothing too extraordinary about this combination of toast, egg and avocado - avocado being flogged to death these days as a "super food" with its good oils- although eating too much of it will stay make one fat.
