Fillet Of Scottish Salmon

Dinner @ "The Boathouse Restaurant" in Fort Augustus.

 

"Fillet of salmon on a bed of Boathouse style of fresh vegetable, new potatoes with lemon butter"

 

Wow - such a long bloodline on the fillet!

Was almost shocking.

For the price I paid....I certainly was raising my eyebrows.

 

I saw, I ate and I left.

A month plus after, as I was looking for the menu online as I had forgotten to take a snapshot....the restaurant was been put up for new ownership.

I didn't raise my eyebrows.
