Roast Of The Day (Turkey)

Lunch @ "The Stone Trough".

 

"Seasonal vegetables, roast potatoes, stuffing, Yorkshire pudding & gravy"

 

One of the member at the table haven't gave out on "Sunday Roast" (grin) and still opted to go for it.

This time, the protein was turkey.

 

As taste went, this version was more decent as the protein, despite being turkey, was less dry and the gravy more generous.
