Tiramisu

Dinner @ "Trattoria Toscana" @ Doncaster.

 

The only dessert of the evening and what else in an Italian restaurant but the ubiquitous Tiramisu?

 

Creamy and lush with well-soaked through sponge fingers with just the right amount of coffee-brown-boozy hints, it was a very decently balanced delivery. A tad over generous with the chocolate sauce though.
