Roast Beef Sandwich

Lunch @ "Bread & Meat".

 

"Topside of British Beef: Overnight roast British beef (rare), balsamic and tomato dressing, rocket, homemade roast garlic aioli.

Sandwich: Served on an artisan Ciabatta bread, fresh from the oven"

 

First meal in Cambridge and it was a late lunch.

The slices of roasted beef in the sandwich was top-notch: fuchsia slivers of moistness and flavours.

Gosh, if every roast beef was like this, I wouldn't mind having them more often (rather than the insipid dry and tasteless ones).
