Despite what the Italians may say....they were wrong.
Dairy and Seafood can work with each other very very well!
Croquettes worked for both adults and kids....and with both cheese and lobster....what more can one ask to be the ingredient in a croquette for any Asians?
They were very scrumptious and were "gone all too soon".
