Sticky Toffee Pudding, Guinness & Salt Caramel Sauce, Roast Banana Gelato

Lunch @ "1837 Bar & Brasserie" within The Guinness Storehouse.

 

Sticky toffee pudding is not revolutionary-new but it was the roast banana gelato that caught my attention.

The combined flavour and texture reminded me, intriguingly....of banana cake!

 

Then again all the elements of a banana cake were there on the plate...."de-constructed"!

I merely reassembled them in my mouth. (grin)
