"Nori, katsuobushi sabayon"

 

The fluffiest and plumpest of warm milk buns housing a rich and umami ink-colour filling of seaweed (nori) hit the senses like an angelic choral - utterly deletable, made more moreish by the ethereal Katsuobushi Sabayon, which quite honestly, I was happy to scoop and polish off on its own as it is. Brought a big smile to my face. The buns, were already perfect on its own; they really did not need the Sabayon but I was happy to have it!
