Morhingar Noodles

The "National Dish" of Myanmar perhaps? The quintessential breakfast dish. Can be pungent and overpowering for first timers. Rice noodles drowned with a thick almost curry-like fish sauce (definitely with the unmistakable hint of fish sauce), served with fritters, chopped cilantro and vegetables and topped with a generous squeeze of lime.
