Sarawak Laksa

Breakfast @ Choon Hui Cafe, supposedly, one of the top places in town for Sarawak Laksa.

 

This is the local interpretation of Laksa - thin rice vermicelli served in a spicy curry-like broth, served hot with bean sprouts, egg slices, chicken strips, boiled prawns and a squeeze of fresh Calamansi lime.
