The shrimp & luffa squash combo is the seasonal special and hence I opted to enjoy it as a filling encased inside steamed riceflour rolls, which is the specialty of the Cantonese people.
The servings were slightly on the smaller side, and the taste was also slightly on the blander side as the luffa squash appeared to have diluted down the intensity of the accompanying sauce by seeping out perhaps a little more water than needed when the dish was steamed. Don't get me wrong - it was tasty to be fair but I wasn't wowed heads over heels for it.
