鸭肉切盘 (Sliced Duck Platter)

Late lunch @ "阿雄切仔麵" in Zhongli.

 

Tender slices of de-boned boiled in stock duck, served with a generous heap of julienned fresh ginger and chopped spring onions.

 

The slices weren't tender enough for my personal liking and the taste of the duck was a tad bland but I wanted something more substantial to supplement my noodles as I was really famished.
