Dinner @ "Marble Bistro".

 

"Tomato Water, Basil Oil, Soysauce Pearls"

 

The very first item to announce the start of the 'Tasting Menu'.

 

Simple but flavourfully umami to whet the appetite. A little display of molecular gastronomy with the soysauce pearls.

 

But in honesty, as fun as it was....I was hoping for something more "solid"...grin.....but with "Mushroom Macchiato" the next dish...I guess starting with liquid kinda makes sense.....
