When I sent the photo off to friends, the first question I get was not if it tasted nice but is this the new laxative to send one off to the toilets? Hahaha!
I must say both mate and myself survived the test. No toilet rushing. The idea of coupling (frozen) yoghurt with Vietnamese style coffee and serving it cold is rather novel! The coffee did dominate (considering how strongly Vietnamese coffees are so heavily flavoured these days) but the taste petered off to a mild creamy finish with the slightest hint of tang.
Do I like it? I am on the fence but I certainly do not hate it or was put off by it.
