Stir-Fried Mixed Vegetable

Dinner @ "Simmaly Restaurant", a place offering more local fares (as attested by our local guide).

 

My table decided to have a plate of stir-fried greens for the fibre intake of the day.

 

Carrots, Chinese Kailan, Cabbage, Chinese cabbage, broccoli and onions were all stir-fried in the same way as per how the kitchen will prepare the "Lard na" gravy.
