Grilled Seer Fish With Garlic Butter

Lunch @ Sea Fish Restaurant in Colombo.

 

Mackerel is the fish and boy was it fishy.....and salty!

We soon realised that Sri Lankan leans heavily towards the salty end.

 

This was my mate's choice of main for lunch but even him, who enjoys fish, finds this fish to be too fishy to be enjoyable, despite the heavy usage of peppers to try to mask the unpleasant notes.
