Black Pork Curry

Dinner @ "The Gallery Cafe (Paradise Road)" in Colombo.

 

"With rice, brinjal pahi, cucumber raita and gotukola sambol"

 

This is the signature dish of the restaurant - although calling it a 'curry' may be stretching the truth a little - it's really more of a stew.

 

Mate's choice of mains - and it was really delicious - the "curry" tasty and moreish to go along with the rice.
