Breakfast @ "Balaji Dosai" in Kandy.

 

This is actually a sweet - more dessert than breakfast.

Made either with semolina or chickpea flour, spices, cashew nuts and raisins, this was one sweet tasting ball of starch.....not that I mind too much as they are always very fragrant and enjoyable in small doses.
